Sausage and Padron- tomato sauce, mozzarella curd, roasted padron pepper, pono farms hot italian sausage, topped with windflower farms arugula, olive oil, sea salt.
Potato and Olive- roasted potatoes, castelvetrano olives, fontina cheese, red onion, rosemary
Quattro Formaggi- Garlic-cream base, bellwether ricotta cheese, Willamette valley fontina, cascade creamery bleu, parmigiana, balsamic reduction, thyme.
NW Mushroom- Chantrelle and Lobster mushrooms on garlic-cream base, with truffle goat cheese and fontina cheese, topped with dill
